KAGERA Regional Commissioner Fabian Massawe Calls for Relaxed Rules in Admitting Form One Students
KAGERA Regional Commissioner Fabian Massawe has directed parents and guardians of students selected to join Form One this year to ensure that the students attend classes even if they have not completed the required school requirements.
He said parents should contact respective head teachers to allow them to pay in instalments. He warned teachers to ensure the directive is implemented. Mr Massawe gave the directive following reports that over 1,200 students selected to join secondary schools in Muleba district are not attending classes due to the lack of school requirements.
